The terms on which this website is made available. The platform itself is governed by your agreement with us, not by this page.
What this is
This is the marketing website for Kronos Lab. It describes what the product does. It is not the product, it is not a quotation, and nothing on it forms a contract to supply anything. If you are running Kronos Lab, your agreement with us governs that, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, quote and link to this site. Please do not:
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it,
- scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else,
- present its content as your own, or imply an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist,
- use it to do anything unlawful.
If you believe you have found a security problem in this site or in the product, tell us at info@kronoslab.io before telling anyone else, and we will work the issue with you.
Who owns what
The name, the logo, the wordmark, the copy, the imagery and the design of this site belong to Kronos Lab. The standards and specifications referred to here belong to the bodies that publish them, and naming them implies no affiliation with or endorsement by those bodies. You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reuse the branding.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but it describes a product that changes. Capabilities, names and figures may move. Nothing here is a warranty about how the product will behave in your environment, and none of it is legal, security or compliance advice. Decide for yourself, and ask us if you need something in writing.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on what it says. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where this site links somewhere else, that destination is not ours and we are not responsible for it.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top moves when they do, and using the site after that means the current version applies.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Kronos Lab is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. Write to us if you need this confirmed for a contract.
