Privacy Policy
What this site collects, what it does not, and what happens to anything you send us.
What this covers
This policy covers this website. It does not cover the Kronos Lab platform itself. Where the platform is deployed inside your own trust boundary, the data it handles is yours and stays on your infrastructure, and the terms of your agreement with us govern it rather than this page.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send. There are no accounts on this site, no sign-up, and no forms that store what you type. The one way to reach us from here is email, so:
- What you email us. If you write to info@kronoslab.io, we hold your address, your message and anything you attach, for as long as we need it to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Ordinary server logs. Our host records the requests it serves, which includes IP addresses, timestamps, the page requested and the browser that asked. This is how the site is kept up and how abuse is investigated. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
What we do not collect
No advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting, no session recording, and nothing sold or shared with data brokers. We do not run third-party advertising or social tracking pixels.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser to identify you. Nothing here needs your consent to a cookie banner, which is why you have not been shown one.
Who else touches it
The site is served by a hosting provider and email reaches us through an email provider. Both process data on our instructions in order to deliver the service, and neither is given it for their own purposes. We will name the current providers on request.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship it belongs to is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can answer questions about it. Server logs are kept for a short operational window and then rotated out. If you ask us to delete your correspondence and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Write to info@kronoslab.io and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be called out rather than slipped in.
